Check out the new Insightly Knowledgebase

Check our fully searchable online university where you can read FAQs, and find information on anything from Getting Started to System settings.  Suggestions for improvement are always welcome.

  1. This is great. It is not immediately obvious to me how you would get to this from inside the Insightly application. The support link at the bottom just goes to the Zendesk ticket system. I would like to be able to tell my users to look for the "help" link in the app rather than have them remember a separate URL. Maybe this is something you already plan to add?

  3. Pipeline Reporting

    sorry if this is the wrong place for this comment/feature request.

    Every 2 weeks I spend time dong the same task. Exporting opportunities from insightly and reformatting the result to make a meaningful report for our planning meeting.

    2 features that would really help:
    - 1. When I view opportunities I have the option to sort by user repsoponsible and close date but not by pipeline stage. Could this be implemented.
    - 2. I wold like to be able to build a custom report or failing that be able to export the opportunities selected in the process above.

    I've looked at a few CRM solutions for our growing business. I really, really like Insightly for its Google integration but I would like to see more features coming online. I'd be interested to know if any of the things I have mentioned are in your development pipeline.
