Issues logging in

We looked into issues some users had logging into Insightly for a one and a half hour period earlier today. We have determined that it was a malfunction with the database engine we use to power Insightly, which occurs only under specific circumstances. We have prevented the problem from occurring again in future by changing code in our software to avoid this scenario from presenting itself. We apologise to any affected users for the inconvenience.
